Christmas is Over

It is finally over and we has a good Christmas. We had family over for a Christmas Eve party and had a great time. Shannon rode on the four wheeler and she loves it. She got a big baby doll for christmas that she likes to sleep with. She also got a couple of movies that she likes to watch a lot. It is New Years Day now and Dick Clarks Rocking New Year just went off a few minutes ago. Going to go now. It has been a long day. Talk to you later

Christmas Shopping

Yesterday I went Christmas shopping and got all my Christmas shopping done. Hallelujah.
I wrapped Shannon's gifts and guess what she did this morning. I don't know how she knew but she got one of her presents and unwrapped it this morning now I am going to have to rewrap it. When She was younger she had a hard time in unwrapping the gifts, she has no problems now. Christmas is my favorite holiday but spring is my favorite time of year when all the flowers are blooming. My Christmas cactus bloomed pretty good this year. Friday they get out of school early and they don't go back until after the New Year. Well I am going for now and I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Christmas Is Coming

Christmas is coming and I have to figure out what to get Shannon for Christmas. When you have a child that can not tell you what they want that makes it a little harder in trying to figure out what she wants. That is where knowing your child comes handy. Shannon loves music and movies. Right now it is Nanny MacPhee and believe you me she knows her movies. When she has a favorite she will play that movie over and over and over again. She was watching Thumblelina the other day and she was singing with the song that was playing on it. I was tickled because there was new words she was saying. she will get up sometimes and dance too. That is a site to see. Shannon makes me laugh and I just want to hug her and kiss on her all the time. Well it is time to go for now. I would appreciate any ideas for Christmas. Oh yeah I put my Christmas tree up last week and my 10 year old daughter and I decorated it and guess what Shannon did the next day. She removed most of all the ornaments. Needless to say she does not mess with the tree again.
So long for now
